ok for me when i went to see green day not long ago there was definatly a presence of young and old there. greend day have successfully been performing and recording music for 25yrs they were like 10 when they did garage jamming and mucking around then started a band called 'sweet children' that still exsits as a more of a side project.
they went pro and recorded 10 albums from 1991-2009 with their current album being 21st century breakdown.
i walk down the middle of rundle mall and see teens with tshirts on with their fave band so maybe MCR. i know that paramore,MCR,the muse and greenday are definatly in

It amazes me to see the numbers of kids going down the Bluegrass road nowadays. I'm talking as young as about 7 or 8 years old, but definately teens too.
